Tips on How to Choose a Wine That Is Right for you:  Here are described the various important tips for wine that is right for you such as:

v  The first step of wine is deciding whether you want a wine, red wine and sparkling wine, dessert wine or fortified wine. This will narrow down your choices and give you some direction.

v  As a minimum, decide whether you prefer a dry or sweet wine.

v  If you know your preferences for other wine characteristics, then it will also be a good idea to decide on these. If you don’t know your preferences, then I have included a short description here to help you in your comparative wine tastings.

Low Tanning vs High Tanning: Tannins are a vital ingredient in wine, especially red wines. It comes from the stalks, Skins and pips of grapes. The tannins in a young wine produce a bitter, puckering taste on the palate.

Low Acid Vs High Acid: The acid are various types are present in wine and are the essential to the wine’s longevity and also to your enjoyment. Too little can affect the wine quality and too much can spoil the wine. The acidity is that the quality that makes your mouth water and your lips pucker and without it, the wine taste is pretty flat and one dimensional.

v  It is an important step to purchase wine from liquor that take the proper care of their wine for example: buying direct from the winery cellar door is a good option. Extreme heat or cold, direct sunlight and dramatic temperature fluctuations are not good for wine.

v  There are lots of good reasons to purchase all of the wine that Australia has to offer in all its diversity. Don’t just stick to the well known varieties like as: chardonnay or Shiraz etc.

v  The great goal of wine buying is to buy wines that taste is good to you, just because a merchant, friend or wine writer says a wine is good does not mean you will like it. The only judge of good taste is wine is you.
